Digital Products
All products sold as digital downloads are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. No physical item will be shipped.
Payments
All prices are shown in the applicable currency and payments are processed securely through Shopify's approved payment providers.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a digital file has been purchased and delivered, except where required by law or if the file is defective or cannot be accessed.
Copyright
All artwork remains the intellectual property of Burnstone Art Gallery. Purchasing a digital download does not transfer copyright ownership.
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, or share the files.
Copy or reproduce the artwork for commercial purposes.
Claim the artwork as your own.
Limitation of Liability
Burnstone Art Gallery is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
