Burnstone Art Gallery sells digital artwork downloads only. No physical products are shipped unless clearly stated on the product page.

Digital Delivery

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your digital artwork will be made available for download. You will also receive a confirmation email with access to your files.

Delivery Times

Digital downloads are typically available immediately after payment. If you do not receive your download, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Download Issues

If you have any problems accessing or downloading your files, please contact us at burnstoneartgallery@gmail.com. We will help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Physical Shipping

At this time, Burnstone Art Gallery does not ship physical products unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
