Digital Download Return & Refund Policy

All sales of digital artwork are final.

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital file has been purchased and delivered.

If you experience any problems downloading your artwork, receive a corrupted file, or the product is not as described, please contact us at burnstoneartgallery@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by providing a replacement file or another appropriate solution.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
